    MPT系列准离子弧焊机采用全球首创电弧电磁强化收缩技术,具有普通氩弧及等离子弧所不具备的焊接性能及操作方便性,在电弧压力、电弧刚性、轴向的指向性、熔透性及熔池的流动性等方面都有显著提高,适用于所有氩焊及部分等离子弧工艺所要求的焊接场合。

   主要特征:

1) 小电流焊接时,电弧刚性强、轴向指向性好,小电流起弧可靠(5A起弧),最低可焊接超薄工件(0.15mm)
2) 大电流焊接时,电磁收缩强化,熔池流动性及熔透性被加强,具有熔入型等离子弧特征,可以达到熔入型等离子焊的效果。
3) 电弧电磁强化收缩技术特点与优势:
  • a、采用普通氩焊枪实现等离子弧的效果,可以减少焊接成本及工人劳动强度。

  • b、具备焊道收缩效果,可以避免普通氩焊在大电流焊接时焊缝边缘起鳞。

  • c、生产效率大幅提升 准离子通过电弧电磁强化收缩形成准离子弧,挺度高,穿透力强,焊缝质量稳定、大幅提高生产速度(使用MPT-4000准离子焊机单枪焊实厚1.5mm、材质441可达到每分钟3米以上,焊后扩口翻边弯曲不开裂,而传统氩弧焊双枪焊速度一般为每分钟1.2米);

  • d、具备对熔池的高频振动作用,增加熔池的流动性,可以大大提高焊缝的抗裂性及力学性能。

  • e、降低气孔敏感性 焊缝气孔(俗称针眼和砂眼)是TIG焊工艺的典型焊接缺陷。气孔的存在不仅会造成应力集中,而且会降低焊接接头的抗腐蚀能力与疲劳寿命,影响焊接构件的可靠性。准离子焊可有效提高熔池流动性,较大的电弧力对熔池形成机械冲击,有利于气孔的逸出,降低焊缝气孔敏感性。可有效减少甚至清除焊缝气孔,保证焊缝成形外观优良,提高焊缝质量

  • f、焊缝显微组织 常规TIG焊的接头焊缝区组织以粗大树枝晶为主;准离子焊缝晶粒为呈带状分布的细小等轴非枝晶组织,并与焊缝中部的等轴树枝晶交替分布,晶粒细化是因为准离子压缩电弧的电磁搅拌增强了熔池流动性,降低了焊缝中粗大柱状晶出现的可能,同时,准离子焊接电弧能量密集,在焊件均焊透的前提下,其焊接热输入低于常规直流TIG焊,而热输入直接影响焊缝冷却速度及在β相变点以上的高温停留时间,从而影响晶粒尺寸,有利于获得较好的接头综合性能。

  • g、焊接接头综合性能比较 进行拉伸性能测试,结果表明,与常规TIG焊相比,准离子焊接头抗拉强度几乎等同母材,但断后延伸率及断面收缩率分别增长了30%和90%以上,接头塑性增强

G, a comprehensive performance comparison of tensile properties of welded joints. The results show that compared with the conventional TIG welding, welding joint tensile strength of quasi ion is almost the same as the parent material, but the elongation and contraction rate increased by more than 30% and 90%, the joint increased plasticity.
